Overview and Practice

Mitchell is an associate with our firm. His practice emphasizes toxic tort and product liability defense and business litigation.

Mitchell earned his law degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in May 2021. As a Junior Associate for the LSU Journal of Energy Law and Resources, he published a comment regarding Louisiana’s severance tax on oil, and he later served on the journal’s Senior Editorial Board as Notes and Comments Editor.

He was selected for LSU’s National Tax Moot Court Team, received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Local Government Law, and was named an LSU Law Dean’s Scholar.

Mitchell graduated in 2018 from The University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
